GET ACTIVE IN THE HOLIDAYS:
SUMMER HOLIDAY
Active 30 Resources support Holiday Activities with Food Providers to embed physical activity and emotional health and wellbeing support in delivery.
Providers can use these resources to form part of their delivery plans and/or share these resources with young people and families to ensure physical activity forms part of the holiday activities.
Try setting daily challenges using the resources or host virtual sessions delivering one of the activities. We encourage all young people to get outdoors over the summer school holidays and give some of these activities a try!
