GET ACTIVE IN THE HOLIDAYS:
FEBRUARY HOLIDAY
We want our children to have the best start in life and physical activity plays a key part in physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
We have a range of resources that you can use as part of your Holiday Activity with Food, or that you can share with young people and families, to encourage them to take part in physical activity during the holidays.
Why not try setting daily challenges using the resources or host virtual sessions delivering one of the activities. To help you we have created a list of activities for different ages and abilities that you can try each day. DAY 1
Is there a better way to start your school holidays than doing some fitness with our very own Leanne Kemp? Leanne session will be sure to get you moving and feeling out of breath. We would love to see you get Active during these holidays. DAY 2
Get outdoors, grab some friends and head out for a game of football rounders. Such a great way to get Active with your friends! The rules and instructions on how to play can be found on the instruction sheet. |
DAY 3
