GET ACTIVE IN THE HOLIDAYS:
We want our children to have the best start in life and physical activity plays a key part in physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
We have a range of resources that you can use as part of your Holiday Activity with Food, or that you can share with young people and families, to encourage them to take part in physical activity during the holidays.
Why not try setting daily challenges using the resources or host virtual sessions delivering one of the activities. To help you we have created a list of activities for different ages and abilities that you can try each day. Select the day below to view the activities or use the linkboxes to view more resources that can be carried out at home.
Click on the toggle to access each day – links / downloads open in a new window.
Don’t forget to download the technique guides above to show you how to perform the correct techniques of several exercises.
Is there a better way to start your school holidays than doing some fitness with our very own Leanne Kemp? Leanne session will be sure to get you moving and feeling out of breath. We would love to see you get Active during these holidays.
