12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS
On the Twelve Days of Christmas, Active 30 gave to me, twelve different activities to keep me active.
Below are 12 different activities to complete over the Christmas holidays. Can you complete each of the festive activities on each day? Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

DAY 1 - 20th DECEMBER
On the First Day of Christmas – Try to be active for at least 30 minutes each day during the holidays. The activity should be at least moderate-intensity, which should raise both your heart rate and breathing.

DAY 2 - 21st DECEMBER
On the Second Day of Christmas. Get active with an Olympic Athlete, Keely Hodgkinson. Keely will show you some exercise to get you moving.

DAY 3 - 22nd DECEMBER
On the Third Day of Christmas get active with the Go Well team with the HEART Mountain Climber challenge.

DAY 4 - 23rd DECEMBER
On the Fourth Day of Christmas. Why not join Jen and Chris from Durham and Chester Le Street SSP to do some activities?

DAY 5 - 24th DECEMBER
Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. Why not have a dance with Gemma before getting in your PJs and snuggling down to watch a Christmas movie.

DAY 6 - 25th DECEMBER - CHRISTMAS DAY
Merry Christmas Everyone! Baby, it’s cold outside, make sure you wrap up warm and go for a walk with a family member to explore the outdoors. Why don’t you take a walk outdoors with a family member to see how many items you can find from the video, just like Max!

DAY 7 - 26th DECEMBER
On the Seventh Day of Christmas. What better way to burn off all the Christmas treats with some boxercise with Live Well North East.
