GET ACTIVE IN THE HOLIDAYS:
MAY SCHOOL HOLIDAY

We want our children to have the best start in life and physical activity plays a key part in physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

We have a range of resources that you can use as part of your Holiday Activity with Food, or that you can share with young people and families, to encourage them to take part in physical activity during the holidays.

Why not try setting daily challenges using the resources or host virtual sessions delivering one of the activities. To help you we have created a list of activities for different ages and abilities that you can try each day.
