GET ACTIVE IN THE HOLIDAYS:
EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAY

Active 30 Resources support Holiday Activities with Food Providers to embed physical activity and emotional health and well-being support in delivery. Providers can use these resources to form part of their delivery plans and/or share these resources with young people and families to ensure physical activity forms part of the holiday activities. Why not try setting daily challenges using the resources or host virtual sessions delivering one of the activities. Select the day below to view the activities or use the link boxes to view more resources that can be carried out at home. More resources can be found on the ‘at home’ link.

DAY 1
